The Division of Life Skills & Special Projects sponsors many types of events throughout the year including performances, exhibitions, competitions, professional development, and more. Frequently, free field experiences are offered to M-DCPS students and teachers in conjunction with community arts organizations. These may include live theatre performances in or out of school, film festivals, and trips to local museums.

Performing Group Form
M-DCPS Division of Life Skills & Special Projects is very proud of the caliber of our student performing groups. We regularly seek ensembles and individuals of all types (instrumental, vocal, dance, theatre) for concerts and events within the school system and in the community. If there is a group at your school that you would like to be considered for such a performance , complete this form, print and FAX it to 305.995.2491. Please use a separate form for each performing group you would like to submit.

This is neither a submission form for a specific event nor a guarantee that your group will be selected for a performance. Its purpose is to let us know the groups that are available for consideration when we do our programming.
